Im getting frustrated with myself. I have 26lbs more to lose, before the end of May, and Im not sure if its going to happen. In order to lose, I have to eat and since its hot out I find that very difficult. I have always had trouble eating in the summer (thats how I broke my metabolism) I am setting alarms on my phone every 3 hours to get some protein and fat in. I hope this works. I am proud of myself for dropping 130lbs in the last 10.5 months, and it really is enough, but I set a goal, and have a reward for myself if I make it to goal by May. Oh ya... carbs are evil! =)
