I need some advice on dieting. I have always been a small girl, never over 120 lbs. until i got diagnoised with type 1 diabetes in 2004. Two years after being diagnoised I gained 60 lbs. I think some of it was contributed by quitting smoking. I have never had to diet and am at wits-end. I am suppose to stay around 1900 calories a day, but is that all that is required? Can I still eat my regular foods as long as I don't go over the 1900 a day? PLEASE HELP!!!
