This sickness is getting old!! I using my inhaler again... of all the things to suck at-why does breathing have to one of them? One of the things i need to practice is to STOP eating whence I reached 1800-1899 calories, though for years i overate exceeding 5000 calories if i had to guess. What has been your experience with significantly reducing? im used to 2500-2700+

Even when I was training for 1/2 marathons I never hit 2500 kcals. For reference, I'm 5'5" and at the time would bounce between 118-122 lbs. when actively training for a race.
