I was making it before it became the groovy food 😉 Love the stuff. I've never been a fan of mayo, so on the rare occasions I eat out, I get sandwiches with avocado instead of it.

My mother was born in California and her parents would put it on toast so it has been a family tradition for us for at least 80 years! I will put a little salt on it. There is a coffee shop her that makes it and they top it with radishes and microgreens which is also very good!

I had blackberries day before yesterday, I think. I love them. I eat a half piece of rye bread almost every day.

yago- I make my own seitan, and I bake it rather than simmer it, so it's drier. Here I sliced it, threw it in the toaster and sprinkled the smoked paprika on top
