Today was a struggle for me, I got to craving sweets after lunch so i had a fun size snickers. when I record my 3 meals and snacks each day the calories are below what I am suppose to be at, but I feel like it isn't always right. Should I be under the 1900 per day or try to stay right at it? Well, I guess the main thing is I am at least trying to do something positive.
