Today is my b-day and I weighed myself this morning and I'm up a pound but I'll see how the week goes and do an official weigh in on Friday. Sigh, 42 and struggling to lose 10 lbs!!
My friend brought in an apple pie. So, I've blown my RDI for the day. And I don't think I can get out for a run today as it's already past 12 o'clock and I'm swamped with work. We're suppose to be using a new system too. Unfortunately it was a bad start this morning for it!
Ah well, tomorrow will be a better day!!
