happy Saturday all <3 Starting out again= going to need all the help I can get as I get bored easily weighing and counting...I am used to Slimming world but that stopped working for me so I am getting traditional again. With the summer, eating is a problem because it is just too hot...used to eat a lot of sald but can't now, so having to improvise . I am sure I will get back into the swing- I just hope I don't put back all I did lose.
