Hi Suma - I eat more calories on the weekend , as those days I have pudding! (Fruits and Quark) Weekdays when at work, I cycle to work (it’s a 30km round trip) but this week , I’m off all week, so will cycle first thing , then go to the gym (for 2 hours max) as I’m trying something different this week to see what it does for the Friday weigh in. And those Stags were very chilled!

Love island- So much nature there, I tried to pap a rabbit, but was not easy cycling, trying to grab my phone and getting the rabbit to stay still and pose 🤣

My friend had her wedding reception doo in the park and I agree it is beautiful...the animals are clued up these days I think lol ...the shot was brilliant..well done!! Made me chuckle 🤣🤣🤣🤣

I usually see wild deer and the monkjacks on the field at the bottom of my garden, the females occasionally hide their young in the field while they go off to eat xx
