I try to exercise every day. I do Pahla B Fitness on YouTube. Great moderate workouts that you can adjust to your fitness levels. She does cardio, strength, a combo of both. Love her workouts. My motivation is I enjoy listening to Pahla's motivating messages for weight loss. Plus they are fun.

Only day I don't workout is on Sundays. My workouts include strength training, Zumba, Zumba Toning, and Zumba Step. I'm a fitness instructor and those are the classes I teach at the gym. And I also teach strength training, Zumba Toning, and Zumba on Zoom.

DUDE I UNDERSTAND. everytime i go back to weigh training, my knee back or neck flair up again. So im sticking to low impact (no jumping, twisting, one foot on ground) to rebuild what ive lost.

Almost none. Only stretching and some easy assisted workouts because I’m disabled.
