Woke at 225.2, up 1.5 from yesterday after a large take-out dinner and some snacking while watching movies. Today will be a largely fasting day. Tomorrow we will have a friend over for the Independence Day celebration. Probably burgers then. UPDATE: Down to 224.7 by 2 pm.
