OK, ate a ton today and went over my calorie target. Was doing great until I had 20 freaking dates. Yes, 20 dates were 257 calories and 68 grams of carbs! At least they are natural I guess. Also having a few drinks. The Beef Bourguignon Denise made for dinner was amazing, but holy crap -- 600 calories! Luckily, I'm working from home tomorrow so I can sneak in another HIIT workout at noon.
