Woke at 227.7, down 2.0 from yesterday. Lots of nice water movement overnight. UPDATE: Got to 226.7 by noon. Going to hold off until at least 4 pm before I eat. The ghrelin dropped hard, but I had a sparkling water with apple cider vinegar instead of eating lunch. UPDATE 2: Made it past 4 pm until I ate a large omelet. I got to 224.6 by then.
