This morning I did: Fitness with PJ - 25-Min Challenging Total Body Strength
Not such a great workout because I subbed in deadlifts, sumo squats and skull crushers. I really need to start pre-watching workouts before I do them, but I usually just randomly pick one on the day.
Went for a 90 minute walk yesterday, 30 minutes on Monday and Sunday and about 75 on Saturday. Hoping to walk in to town today as well - that's usually an hour round trip. Taking a break from tracking calories this week. Trying to be mindful though and will try to keep that going through the weekend away coming up. We calculated that I haven't been to Dublin in 19 years so hopefully I'll make up for it in this decade. My sister and her family always visited us so now the tables are turned. It will be a fun weekend I'm sure! Just hope it won't speed by too quickly.
