All right, moose meat is about the same as chicken breast -- 38 cals an ounce. So guess who is having moose/veggie burgers for dinner. All those veggies in the broth that is cooking (see previous post) are low glycemic, except the carrots, which are similar to turnips and probably onions, which Oz's plan calls for, but I did not have.

My main goal for trying this plan is to see if I can stay satisfied without thinking about food all the time, and craving one more piece of that dense black German rye, which I never should have bought, and which is going in the freezer, along with the sour dough, since it is obvious I have no control. Well, I do, but even one piece (of each) pushes the carb count way too high for me.
