Brianna, surprisingly I've averaged 1463 calories last week and 1596 the week before. I had been in maintenance for quite some time and was averaging 1800 to 2000 each week. I picked up a couple of stubborn pounds that hadn't gone away since January, so I decided to scale back a little. I eat breakfast every day, a satisfying dinner & a moderate snack/ lunch. I also have dessert every night. The biggest difference I've made in the past couple of weeks is to drink alcohol less often. I still have a glass of wine here & there but not every night. I am not deprived...just more cognizant of choosing lower calorie when I can.
