Hope everyone had a great Christmas celebration. We certainly did. In fact, I overdid it. My body is not used to so much rich food in such a short period of time and I ended up getting ill for my efforts last night. Ended up sleeping from about 10pm to noon to work it all out, and woke at 208.8. Yikes. Back to work today!
