Haven’t had fried foods in 5 months! I splurged and got bam bam fried shrimp 🍤 and fried mushrooms 🍄! Wow was it delicious but oh my the calories!

Totally agree about the calories being off the charts in tasty foods like these.

You would surprised how quickly those "one time foods" slide off of the weigh scale - IDK - Maybe it is the deep fry oil content but it does not hang around very long. That looks NUMMY --- Yep and I just read my own palm and I see that in my future. (Translation to Russian) Вы были бы удивлены, как быстро эти «одноразовые продукты» соскальзывают с весов - IDK - Может быть, это из-за содержания масла во фритюре, но оно не задерживается очень долго. Это выглядит НАММИ --- Да, и я только что прочитал свою собственную ладонь, и я вижу это в своем будущем.

Yup it's def yummy!! I miss that too. I had a bad day today & went for my "old time comfort" - a Starbucks chai & banana bread. First I noticed that it's MUCH sweeter than I remember (I've been reducing my sugar). Then I looked at the calories & sugar & it's off the charts ridiculous! I'm going to be paying for this one for awhile. I hope your comfort food isn't a killer too!

It's not what you eat 5% of the time, it's what you eat the other 95%. Hope you enjoyed every bite! 😁
