That’s me thinking about what time should I weigh in 5 am or 10 am. I can’t do this right now. Ok did I agree on 10 or 5?

This happens more often than I want due to PTSD. I call it running 2am plays and it can go on for hours, I have found just getting up and watching a foreign show/movie on Netflix with subtitles reroutes my thought process😎
