Woke at 226.1, down 1.0 from yesterday. Completed four days of FMD in February. I'm heading to the airport for a flight to NYC so I'll high level stick with the plan for lunch depending on what's available. We are having dinner at the famous Patsy's in New York, so I'm going all in. I'll weigh in on Sunday evening and we'll assess the damage! Have a great weekend!
