it us so hard to lose weight one pound at a time. and then I look down at my big stomach and it doesn't look any different but I do feel a little different generally ... better.
208.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know exactly what you mean, I have the same problems. Plus I have a big old belly too. My jeans don’t want to zip!
