Just keeping things low carb, high protein. This week has been a major change with my choices. Shunning the sweets, bread, ect.. But it's been so cold and my appetite has went up.

Thanks for the encouragement. I was lucky to find Swerve stuff, but I'm keeping that until my sweet craving.
