@annienae : kalo aku biasanya 35gr sist, krn oat kan high fiber ya, utk kurmanya dilumatkan aja biar ada manisnya gitu dr kurma, tp itu optional, biasanya aku klo pisangnya udh mateng bgt gausah pake kurma/sweetener tambahan lg, itu krn kmrn pisangnya blm pas mnrtku manisnya jd aku tambahin deh hehe
