Happy weekend, my Buddies!
Well, I am on Day six of my 30 day challenge at the gym. I am staying true to the challenge - woo hoo!
I am not doing too much differently than my usual routine of water, logging, sleeping, exercise - EXCEPT being more strict with the food.
Man, I felt like I had withdrawal from the carbs I regularly was "sneaking" into my food diary. I missed my Pirate's Booty snack and the random piece of bread...
I have gotten my daily protein grams back up to where they should be to balance out my macros. I always know protein is KING and helps me feel and perform better at the gym...so it is important I stay with it!
The word of the week is CONSCIENTIOUS.
I am dedicated, determined, and diligent!
