Doubling down December still going strong!!
See if I survive fruitcake??
Yes, I am one of those people who actually loves fruitcake but you never ate my mom’s fruitcake!! It was so good!! So I used to try all the different brands to see if they compared to moms!!
But not this year!!
That’s why I started doubling gown December because I love all the Christmas treats but my derrière grew big enough for Thanksgiving!!
How’s December treating my FS Family??
Christmas parties , office parties, family gatherings! It’s not easy navigating all that!!
Handle with prayer, lots of prayer in my case, and we will all be okey dokey!!

Thanks for the encouragement EH!! I am past office parties being retired, I worry about my FS Family. But Covid is a concern, very true! All support is so appreciated this season of yummy things that I am doing my best to ignore!!

Being retired DEFINITELY helps....as long as I don't buy the junk at the store! Staying strong so far......👍😉

I used to be a great baker: bread, cookies, muffins, pasta, pizza, fruitcake and for Christmas, stolen. That's how I got to be 280 lbs! Now removing it all is my ticket to undoing the damage. I will make some gluten free, sugar free cookies for Christmas, so that I can feel like I'm participating in the festivities. They're made with nut flour, monk fruit sweetener and eggs. So, not low calorie, but real healthy food.
