Woke at 219.8, up 2.5 from yesterday. Slightly perplexed but I’m just gonna keep working the process. UPDATE: Weighed 220.8 after 16:8 IF, so wow, we are holding onto water! UPDATE 2: Down to 220.5 at 5 pm.
