Woke at 217.7, down 2.2 from yesterday. November FMD went well. Starting Saturday with a protein coffee. UPDATE: I did a protein coffee and then 16 more ounces of black, then did an hour on the exercise bike. I then went out and raked up the remaining leaves in the front yard for an hour. Super workout. I came back in the house, showered, and got a 215.1 weigh in. I have to check my math, but at first glance, that's my lowest weight since October 13, 2018. There was a lot of 'reverse dieting' experimentation throughout 2019 and lot of weigh-ins in the 230 and even 240 zone. Crazy. UPDATE 2: Weight 215.7 at 6:30.
