So to celebrate my cutting down on opioids!!
Or me finally realizing it!! How unaware can I be?? Really!!
Anyway my son said Mom you need a big old burger to celebrate!! Yes!!
So we stopped at Checkers and I got a double cheeseburger!! Oh man so good!! I love the purple onions they put on their double cheese burgers. And they are tasty. Not sloppy. So I don’t feel like I am wrestling my darn burger!!
Then I actually ate 4 or 5 fries with Heinz no sugar ketchup! My God they were good!!
I had so many fries from my kids Happy meals that they would share with me, that I got sick of fries. So it must be 10-15 or more years since I ate one.
But those few were unreal!!
The problem…. How do you count, 4-5 fries?
My son looked at me like I was insane.
They have a count for each strawberry, blackberry etc I eat. Why not each fry or chip?
Any that was my one real meal yesterday.
How’d you guys do? Take care FS FAMILY!!

This is a very late response and I don't know if you really want to know. For the chips and fries- I would weigh them and enter it that way. If out and about and I ate 5 fries- I would enter small fries and cut the size in 1/2 or to a 1/4 depending on how much I ate and try to aim high so I never underestimate my calories. I guess it would depend on if they were regular sized french fries or steak fries- you just have to estimate/guesstimate.
