Ate good calorie total today but 202.4 when I got home (2.4 pounds of extra water retention). But I had two cups of cottage cheese and a Monster zero energy drink today. Those two items totaled 2000 mg of sodium! I'm excited to discover that may be one of the reasons for my weight swings despite low calories. I will probably not be able to purge the sodium this weekend, but will target that beginning Sunday and will follow the experiment with interest.
