Increasing daily calories to about 2200 to see if that maintains my weight…breakfast: 2 waffles, 2tbsp peanut butter, 1/2c strawberries, 2 eggs cooked in butter, protein shake with 1/4c quick oats. 900 calories…🤔43g fat 65g carbs 64g protein.

I wonder about that also. There’s website that tells you if you want to lose weight for me it was 2200+ cal which I think it was excessive.
