I didn't realize this had posted...lol. Such plain fare, but very low-cal (238 cal). Combined with my rise & shine protein smoothie I had earlier for 148 cal...I had a filling breakfast for a total of 357! (My daily goal is 1100 total). Not too bad 😎 Thank you for commenting on my drab post 🤣😁
