Woke at 224.0, down 1.2 from yesterday. Stayed up very late writing a performance evaluation so I did not get great sleep last night. UPDATE: Weighed 224.2 at lunchtime and then 224.8 at dinnertime. The Facebook outage tonight will likely prevent me from doing my weekly podcast. Will have to reschedule.
