So I'm about the same as on Sunday. I feel really good and I definitely feel my belly going down. I know it takes time. I feel good. I could increase my activity for sure. Today I'm going down the river in a tube so that ought to be worth some calories. But then I'm allowing myself my first real sugar sweet in more than a month. I made lemon merengue pie for the event so I plan on having a piece. I still am having almost no wheat or dairy. Just bits here and there. We'll see.
