I've been 180 for weeks and suddenly this morning I was 177. I've now lost about 20 pounds over the last year or so. I didn't post my high which was 198. Not sure exactly when that was, but it was a shocker. I now feel like the vegan lifestyle is my way to go. I've not gotten into exercising yet, but love walking and will gat back to it as I go. Feeling good.

I am so happy to be on a vegan journey now. No calorie counting, just calorie density, eating my max of veg each day, and I have already lost 10 lbs since the end of February. My father died of heart disease on Feb. 28th and since then I've doubled down on this method of being healthy. Following the Starch Solution and Dr. Esselston and Dr. Campbell's work. Doing well.
