Greetings Buddies!
Wow, today is a picture perfect weather day in the North Country! It is about 78degrees with clear, clean, crystal blue sky.
I went to OTF this morning and it was rough! I went last Friday after coming home from vacation and the trainer had us do jumping jacks on and off the Bosu ball - my lower back hurt after it.
Then today, they did it AGAIN! I did not jump today but my lower back is still sore from last Friday's nonsense! I modify moves and do what does not hurt!
I did better with food yesterday and hope to get myself "back to normal" this week.
I am dedicated, determined, and diligent!
