Greetings Buddies!
Well, I am back at work following the vacation and desperately trying to get back to my food routine. I had zero appetite this morning and just did not eat! That is not healthy behavior for me. I need protein in the morning and I just had coffee today.
Fortunately, I did eat lunch and dinner and a protein shake at night. Eventually, I will regain control with the food. Exercise maintains the usual schedule so I will be at OTF tomorrow morning.
It seems I felt a little defiant the last few days like, "Damn it, I have been rigid so I deserve to cheat."
THAT IS RATIONALIZING AND DANGEROUS THINKING!
Time to get back to basics for good health and fitness.
I am dedicated, determined, and diligent!
