Quinoa pasta is good!! Hadn't seen it before last weekend. Stressed day at work, nothing new. Finished cutting up chicken, was tired decided the last 2 were going in the slow cooker.
Not much exercise, will be better tomorrow.

i'm looking at your weight history. i know the red horizontal line on the chart is your starting weight. do you know what that blue line is for? your weight seems to be hovering around it. is that your goal weight? it looks like you had a plateau and then totally beat it with a nice loss. good job!

Gnewfry, the blue is goal. I'm actually below goal. Haven't been working much on loss for awhile, figure my will level off at a happy place. Need to be working fit. Life keeps getting bin the way, not enough time to fit everything into my days. Ruhr, work is crazy stressed lately, too busy, and short staffed, glad I'm off this coming week.

Found it on sale at a health food store. I will have to see if it's available here, bought it at the gd's tournament town, 100+miles away.its good.
