Jergens, Walden Farms makes number of different calorie free dressings. I like them, but I am amazed by them.

Yes, probably the same taste you get. I eat it for anti inflammatory properties.

I’ve always read you need black pepper with turmeric to get the benefits??? I always add pepper when I eat turmeric. There is also a tea you can make with turmeric.

Thanks SM and FA. I always add freshly ground black pepper for taste and to make the turmeric more bioavailable.
