Woke at 223.2, up 2.7 from yesterday. I stayed up late until past midnight doing some work prep, and several glasses of red wine accompanied me. I have restored my glycogen, so I'll have to work that out over a few days. I did an hour outside this morning before work started, tidying up around my backyard. I have set up a standing desk next to my exercise bike and have resolved that I won't read anything unless cycling. I have a lot to read today, so I will get in at least an hour. UPDATE: Did an hour on the exercise bike at noon while reading. Worked great. Got to 222.3 after that. UPDATE: I got back on and did another hour and 10 minutes in the afternoon. Great workout with simple pedaling. I got to 221.0 before dinner.
