kimberly rae's Journal, 15 July 2014

Tomorrow is Wednesday and I'm so nervous about weighing myself.
I've been pretty comfortable with my eating although I can certainly see where I could shave off a calorie or two or two hundred.
I've been walking at least a mile almost every day. Maybe 5-6 days a week. I could do more. Lets face it, I could eat less and do more. Whatever happens tomorrow I will learn from it. Whatever happens I am not giving up.
