Woke at 223.1, down 3.3 from yesterday. With the huge salad and salmon I ate at lunch, I did not need dinner. It was a nice OMAD day. Happy September! UPDATE: Got to 222.8 after 16:8 IF. UPDATE 2: Weighed 223.1 at 5:30, a few hours after lunch.
