Woke at 227.3, up .9 from yesterday. I ate under 1500 calories yesterday and was right on my macro targets, but I did eat a ton of bulk and somewhat late in the day. I expect this to move along! UPDATE: Got to 227.1 after 16:8. Another huge salad (but eating an hour earlier than yesterday). Weighed 227.1 before dinner as well.
