Day after a 3500 calorie eating day on the 4th of July. Ate a ton of fruit and drank 1000 calories of beer yesterday, so the carbs were way up there. Expected some water weight and I got it! Got a 204.6 waking weigh in. Did an hour on the treadmill after my 16:8 fast and got a 202.6. But had a dentist appointment and didn't eat until after. Got a 201.8 weigh in at 2pm. I can live with that!
Have some grapes, cherries, and lunch meat to finish off. All the perishables must go! Carbs will be high today as a result. But tomorrow will eat very light.
