August trip rapidly approaching. I yo-yo'd down and up since my last trip, but didn't take the weight off. It's likely that I'll return girthier. Is that a word?

212.4 lb Lost so far: 51.6 lb. Still to go: 22.4 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.
