Woke at 227.1, up 1.3 from yesterday in tons of salad bulk! Got to 225.6 by noon after fasting all morning. Another huge salad today and then we are on the road tomorrow. I plan to maybe snack on protein after noon while driving and then do a serious meal each evening. Back in two weeks, but will be driving so the scale goes with me! UPDATE: Down to 224.7 by 6 pm.
