Yesterday I went WAAAYYYY over my calorie limit and did zero exercising. Today I will do better, though I'm still not sure what I'm having for dinner. Quite possibly a diet TV dinner, definitely not going out for a cheeseburger no matter how small. Tonight I'll watch last night's American Ninja Warrior competition, and probably do some of that strength circuit routine I've been working on. It's something I can easily do while watching TV. Then, depending on the time, I might be able to squeeze in a little cardio on the tread climber. I am contemplating giving the 3-day wonder (or Military) diet another shot next Monday after July 4th. I still don't know if we're going over to our friends for their annual July 4th party. Another couple is coming in from out of town, so we may hang out with them instead. Or they may come with us to the party. Either way, I will probably NEED the 3 day diet after July 4th, as it often includes a food fest! That's pretty much all for now, I hope everyone has a blessed day!
