Zoodles cooked in air fryer with the chicken. Only downside is no garlic. Upside is one less pan to wash. Pesto and lemon.

I pig out between 2:30and 4:00am have been trying to wait to eat but that looks damn yummy

Oh no, only about halfway. I can’t use the garlic on the zoodles without a pan. Unless i want to eat it raw. Not into that. This was a really good lunch. Zoodles cooked at 375 for five minutes, light spray of olive oil, turned midway. Will def cook like this again. Nuggets are there just bare ones. Tasty, but probably wrong do again. Too much breading.

These are called “just bare” and have chicken breast chunks. They taste pretty good, maybe you could swap with the nuggets? What I’m really craving is orange chicken from panda, but that is a scary proposition. It’s been years.

An air fryer is nothing more than a small oven with a fan. don't be intimidated. easiest thing ever.

If you do make chicken without skin, you do need to either coat it or give it a very light spray of oil to keep it moist. Easiest to cook with skin and remove. Learn from my mistakes on that one.
