So unplanned rest day tomorrow...My body needs it. The old me would have probably pushed on an then crashed for like 4 days or something and maybe not have gotten back into it for a while...But the woman I am now is in this for the long haul..She nourishes and feeds her body. Yes some days are so demotivating but I've learnt discipline is the key...Not looking at measurements or even my body sometimes is the key.
Favourite reminder: You did not get here in a month or even two...don't expect to get where you want to be in that time either... Allow the process of time to do it's thing.
