So I've been drinking a cup of hot or warm lemon water for the last week or so, one of the supposed benefits is it reduces bloating..still not sure about that but feeling pretty happy about it so far 🌸

Definitely a lot more benefits. One of them is detoxing your liver. It’s also good for helping with digestion. I suffer from ulcers so lemon water on an empty stomach just sends me straight to the 🚻 😂 and sore tummy.
