Woke at 225.1, down another 3.3 from yesterday, and finally free of the added water retention of the BBQ. Targeting 1300-1600 calories today, depending on how many I burn. UPDATE: Fasted until noon and weighed 224.3 before eating a massive salad with salmon. UPDATE 2: Weighed 225.2 before dinner. All good. Jason and I are going out to do a bit of Mother's Day shopping. Will probably bring something home. UPDATE 3: Got a bit of Halo Top while we were out and ordered burgers from The Habit. Delicious and relatively OK. Let's see what the morning brings.
