Woke at 231.9, up 3.3 from yesterday. Back after it! UPDATE: Fasted all day and moved a ton of water. Back to 228.8 by 6 pm. I will continue fasting overnight. That should get me very close to my daily calorie goal. UPDATE 2: I drank a Premier Protein drink with my supplements, and now I'm having a big mug of decaf. As it always happens when I fast, I am COLD!
